My
name is Althea Smith, mother of 3, I have
been in Christ for 3 years. I can truly say
the Lord has been good to me, he has taken
me a mighty long way.
My role at Rapture Ministries is to ensure
that everyone's needs are catered for in terms
of been hospitable to every soul who ventures
into Rapture.
The aim of the hospitality department is to
welcome God's saints and everyone that visit's
Rapture Ministries, with warmth and kindness.
To support and administer all their needs
and requirements with love.
The bible says in Romans 13:12 "Let
brotherly love continue, but not forgetful
to entertain strangers: for thereby some have
entertained angels unaware"
I did not realise that part of the calling
on my life was to operate in the area of the
Helps Ministry. This became apparent at our
first yearly Annual Convention, which took
place in September 2003. The Lord added 2
teenagers to my household. My home has now
become a refuge for teenagers, and still is,
to God be the Glory!!
My desires are for all visiting saints to
be catered for from the day they arrive at
the airport until they leave. Their dietary
requirements are met before they arrive (if
any)
